Alexa Lemley and Samantha Aulick founded 240sweet in Columbus, Indiana. 240sweet artisan marshmallows are hand-crafted in small batches using Michigan beet sugar, Ohio glucose, and Indiana cornstarch in place of chemical stabilizers. To promote sustainable packaging, 240sweet uses recycled materials and no outer box for their products. 240sweet’s products include: Salty Popcorn Balls, Puffnini, Fleur de Sel S’mores, and sampler packs.
Kim Faulkner is the founder and owner of Artisan Marshmallows. Kim started making gourmet marshmallows in her kitchen for fun. She won the First Place Blue Ribbon at the California State Fair Competition in 2007 for her marshmallows. Flavors include: Mojito, Chai Spice, Blackberry Lemonade, and PB &J.
